Qualifications

• Washington Pharmacist License upon hire.
• Certification from Board of Pharmacy Specialties within 2 years of hire.
• Board of Pharmacy Preceptor License upon hire where applicable.
• 3 years Pharmacy practice with at least 2 years related experience in lieu of PGY-1.

Responsibilities
