Job summary

Tharros seeks a Senior Anti-Tamper Systems Engineer to lead programmatic and technical efforts in anti-tamper for NAWCAD Cyber Warfare Division programs at NAS Patuxent River, MD. The role focuses on identifying, formulating, designing, and testing AT solutions for CPI protection across NAVAIR platforms.

You will guide development of AT methods, integrate anti-tamper with security workflows, and support AT policy compliance and validation activities.

Qualifications

• Active TS clearance required.
• Experience with anti-tamper methods and DoD applications.
• Bachelor's or higher in a relevant technical field with additional years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead programmatic and technical anti-tamper efforts for DoD weapon systems.
• Guide development of AT solutions and systems engineering tools.
• Support CPI identification and AT protection planning across platforms.
• Provide guidance on AT policy compliance and validation events.
• Coordinate with program offices, security personnel, and engineering teams.
