Shield AI seeks a Senior Staff Systems Security Engineer focused on CPI and anti-tamper for next-generation autonomous aircraft. You will identify critical technologies, develop protection architectures, and drive implementation across hardware and software with DoD guidance.

You will work with SEIT and cross-functional teams to mature protection designs and verify effectiveness. You will also lead risk assessments, trade studies, and technical planning for CPI programs, ensuring robust security

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 10+ years in aerospace/defense, embedded systems, or mission-critical technologies.
• Experience with CPI assessments, threat modeling, vulnerability analysis, and protection trade studies.
• Ability to obtain/maintain U.S. Government security clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead CPI identification, criticality assessments, and CPI strategies during program protection activities.
• Oversee anti-tamper engineering tasks per DoD frameworks and handle threat analysis and design planning.
• Define and decompose program protection requirements across system levels with traceability.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate protection across aircraft and mission systems.
• Develop protection verification criteria and support lab evaluations and tests.
• Provide technical leadership during SRR/PDR/CDR and coordinate with authorities and partners.
