Job summary

Tharros is seeking a Senior Anti-Tamper Systems Engineer to lead programmatically and technically in anti-tamper engineering for NAS Patuxent River, MD, supporting NAWCAD Cyber Warfare Division programs. The role identifies, designs, and tests anti-tamper solutions for CPI protection across NAVAIR platforms.

Requirements include active TS clearance, Navy AT Certification within 90 days, and 10 years of systems engineering with at least 3 years in the last 5 years, plus 5 years in anti-tamper

Qualifications

• Active TS clearance required
• Must apply for Navy Anti-Tamper Certification within 90 days of start
• 10 years of systems engineering experience; at least 3 of last 5 years
• 5 years of anti-tamper experience in DoD applications
• Demonstrated knowledge in anti-tamper engineering

Responsibilities

• Perform programmatic and technical leadership roles designing AT solutions for DoD weapon systems
• Guide development of complex systems employing anti-tamper methods and engineering tools
• Support CPI identification and CPI protection plan development across NAVAIR platforms
• Conduct anti-tamper technique selection, implementation guidance, and AT validation support
• Integrate AT engineering with systems security workflows and authorization processes
• Conduct research to advance anti-tamper capabilities within program limits
• Provide technical guidance on DoD AT policy compliance across CWD scope
• Coordinate with program offices, security personnel, and engineering teams on AT posture
