Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior Systems Security Engineer – Anti-Tamper/Program Protection for on-site Tucson, AZ. You will safeguard Warfighter capabilities by developing holistic security solutions including Anti-Tamper, Cybersecurity, Software Assurance and supply chain risk management.

Collaborate with SSE team and customers, model threats, build system requirements, and ensure DoD licensing compliance while delivering secure, reliable aerospace defense systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance.
• Experience in SSE, Anti-Tamper, Cybersecurity or Embedded System Security.
• Experience designing, implementing, testing and fielding real-time embedded security solutions for DoD programs.
• Experience generating systems requirements, design and architecture artifacts, plans and/or policies.

Responsibilities

• Support SSE solutions in Raytheon products.
• Interact with customers to define SSE requirements, solutions, costs, and strategies.
• Develop plans, estimates, task execution schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Guide SSE implementations and architectures for customer systems.
• Conduct attack threat modeling and CPI assessments.
• Develop top-level system requirements and flow those into subsystem implementation concepts.
• Ensure compliance with DoD technology release and export licensing policies.
• Consult and assist program management with SSE architecture and issues.
