Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ seeks a Senior Systems Security Engineer – Anti-Tamper/Program Protection to join our SSE team onsite. You will design and implement holistic security solutions including Anti-Tamper, Cybersecurity and Supply Chain Risk Management to protect DoD programs.

The role requires a STEM degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, the ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance, and prior work on real-time embedded security for DoD programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
• Experience in System Security Engineering, Anti-Tamper, Cybersecurity or Embedded Security.
• Experience designing/fielding real-time embedded security for DoD programs.
• Experience generating system requirements and architecture artifacts.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of SSE solutions in Raytheon products.
• Interact with customers to define SSE requirements, solutions, costs, and implementation strategies.
• Develop plans, estimates, task execution schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Guide SSE implementations and architectures for customer systems.
• Conduct attack threat modeling and CPI assessments.
• Develop top-level system requirements and flow those into subsystem implementation concepts.
• Ensure compliance with DoD technology release and export licensing policies.
• Consult and assist program management with SSE architecture and issues.
