Job summary

RTX is seeking a Principal Systems Security Engineer – Anti-Tamper/Program Protection (P4) for the onsite role in Tucson, AZ. You will lead security engineering efforts across SSE, Anti-Tamper, cyber security, and supply chain risk management to protect Warfighters’ technology.

Responsibilities include defining requirements with customers, developing plans and schedules, and ensuring DoD release and export compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance; US citizenship required.
• Experience in System Security Engineering, Anti-Tamper, Cybersecurity or Embedded System Security.
• Experience designing, implementing, testing and fielding real-time embedded security solutions for DoD programs.
• Experience generating system requirements, design artifacts, and architecture documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support the SSE solutions implementation in Raytheon products.
• Interact with customers to define SSE requirements, solutions, trades, costs, and implementation strategies.
• Develop plans, estimates, task execution schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Guide SSE implementations and architectures for customer systems.
• Conduct attack threat modeling and CPI assessments.
• Develop top-level system requirements and flow those into subsystem implementation concepts.
• Ensure compliance with DoD technology release and export licensing policies.
• Consult and assist program management with SSE architecture and issues.
• Consult and assist program line management with SSE architectures and issues.
