Job summary

E-Space is seeking a Senior Antenna Design Engineer to own end-to-end design, simulation, and validation of advanced antenna systems for its LEO satellite constellation and ground infrastructure. You will use HFSS as a primary design environment and drive designs from concept through hardware validation.

On-site in Arlington, Texas, with some travel between sites. The role requires deep expertise in antennas, array design, full-wave simulations, and hardware integration to deliver reliable

Qualifications

• Advanced antenna theory and electromagnetics knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Translate mission requirements into antenna specifications and architectures.
• Analyze beam steering, scan loss, and mutual coupling across frequencies.
• Build and validate full-wave models; run trade studies and post-processing with MATLAB/Python.
• Plan and execute antenna characterization, including near-field/far-field measurements.
• Support integration with RF, mechanical, and spacecraft systems.
