RTX in TEWKSBURY, MA is seeking a Senior Antenna and Microwave Engineer to apply RF/Microwave theory to architectures, subsystems, components and AESAs. The role includes design and hands-on testing of microwave components and systems, plus production support.

Ideal candidates have a STEM degree and 5+ years in Microwave/RF, experience with HFSS/ADS/CST and VNA/PNA testing, and strong project leadership. This onsite position offers growth and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in STEM with 5+ years in Microwave/RF design.
• Experience with AESA technologies and phased arrays.
• Proven ability to lead projects and write proposals.

Responsibilities

• Design RF/microwave components and phased array hardware.

• Travel to integration sites as needed.
