SealingTech is seeking a Senior Ansible Engineer to join our team delivering automation solutions for complex DCO deployments. You will design, test, and maintain Ansible playbooks and integrate with CI/CD pipelines, working across hardware, networks, and software in mostly unclassified spaces to support warfighters.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in automation, deep Ansible expertise, strong Python and Bash, and experience with virtualization and security hardening; active clearance preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in automation and systems engineering.
• Expert in Ansible including playbooks, roles, modules, and Jinja2.
• Experience with Fedora-based Linux (RHEL/Rocky/Oracle).
• Python and Bash for custom automation modules.

Responsabilités

• Lead design, implementation, testing, and maintenance of Ansible automation.
• Automate deployment of DCO kits across environments.
• Collaborate with software teams to align automation with product stacks.
• Configure hardware and network appliances with Ansible.
• Implement security controls, STIG hardening, and SELinux.
• Create CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) for automated testing.
• Deliver technical demos and work with stakeholders on standards.
