Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking an Associate Director, Annuity Product Management, to lead annuity product initiatives and support current products. The role requires product expertise and collaboration across IT, legal, compliance, finance, sales, and marketing.

You will drive launches, maintain product roadmaps, and develop business requirements to enhance the annuity lineup. Strong communication and project management are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with annuity products and administration/operations.
• Knowledge of retirement plans and the retirement industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive design and implementation of group and individual annuity products.
• Coordinate product life cycle with cross-functional teams to meet timelines.
• Conduct market research and maintain SME expertise on products.
