Qualifications

• Education: HS diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's preferred.
• Experience: 5+ years in financial services, annuities, or life insurance.
• Licensing: Active Texas Life and Health license required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contacts agents and distribution partners by phone, email, and virtual meetings.
• Develops and manages agent relationships to increase production.
• Provides product expertise and assists agents with complex scenarios.
• Conducts business reviews and analyzes production trends.
• Lead or co-lead agent training sessions and create sales resources.
• Coordinate launches and special projects for annuity distribution.
