Liberty Bankers Insurance Group in Dallas, TX is seeking an Annuity Specialist to serve as the inside point of contact for independent agents and distribution partners selling annuities. You will educate on features, handle inquiries, and drive production while coordinating with internal teams.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, a sales mindset, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM. This is an in-office position located in Dallas, with occasional travel for agency events.

Formación

• Education and experience requirements for the role.
• 2+ years in financial services, annuities, or life insurance; inside sales or support is a plus.
• Active Texas Life and Health license preferred, or willingness to obtain.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and a confident, professional phone presence.
• Strong relationship-building and sales-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms; CRM preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Act as primary inside contact for independent agents and distribution partners.
• Educate agents on product features, underwriting guidelines, and sales concepts.
• Respond to agent and customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Support marketing campaigns, product launches, and incentive programs.
• Coordinate with management and departments to address agent needs.
• Schedule and support webinars, trainings, and agency visits.
• Maintain CRM data and report activity and production.
• Stay informed on products, competitors, and regulations.
• Perform other sales and marketing duties as assigned.
