Job summary

KKR in Des Moines seeks a detail-oriented specialist to support Global Atlantic processing and TPA oversight of post-issue policies. You will partner with operations, product, compliance, and legal teams to establish efficient procedures and training.

Role requires life/annuity experience and strong process improvement skills. Base salary ranges from $75,000 to $100,000 with potential discretionary bonus based on performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 5 years of industry experience, life/annuity experience or TPA vendor management experience preferred.
• Inforce and claims experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of operations and process improvement along with business acumen.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supports the establishment of policies, procedures and strategies for efficient administration of inforce and claims processing.
• Ensures timely and accurate processing of Post Issue transactions.
• Drives continual improvement of the Customer Experience with Quality and Audit controls.
• Analyzes problems and develops recommendations to solve them.
• Collaborates with GA and TPA partners to optimize workflows and costs.
