Job summary

KKR is seeking a candidate to support product implementation efforts in the growing annuity business at Global Atlantic. You will work with Legal, Compliance, Operations, Actuarial, Technology, Sales and Marketing, and Senior Management to create test plans, document requirements, and ensure successful product design and execution across platforms.

The role requires 3–5 years of insurance industry experience with a focus on annuities, strong Excel capabilities, and a proactive, detail-oriented

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree required in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, finance or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in the insurance industry, focusing on annuities.
• Demonstrated Excel expertise.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to understand and interpret technical material.
• High energy, motivation and adaptability.
• Process improvement mindset and results orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority items simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Implementation Support: create test plans for product implementations across platforms and develop/test system builds.
• Business Requirement Definition: draft product specs/outlines with internal/external partners.
• Contract Drafting and Filing: support drafting/review and filing processes.
• Production Support: identify, quantify, and resolve issues for inforce business across platforms.
• Other duties as assigned.
