Job summary

The KKR Global Atlantic team is seeking a candidate to support product implementation efforts in the growing annuity business. You will collaborate with Legal, Operations, Actuarial, Technology, Sales and Marketing, and Senior Management to craft solutions in today’s insurance market.

You will develop test plans, document business requirements, assist with contract drafting and filing, and provide production support across platforms, while staying adaptable and focused on high-priority items.

Qualifications

Education equivalent to a four-year college degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, finance, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in the Insurance Industry, with focus on annuities.
Demonstrated Excel expertise.
Strong analytical ability.
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
Ability to understand and interpret technical material.
High energy level and internal motivation.
Adaptable with changing priorities.
Learning mindset with focus on process improvement.

Responsibilities

Implementation Support: Create test plans for product implementations on multiple platforms; develop and test system builds.
Business Requirement Definition: Create BR documentation and product outlines for Global Atlantic products.
Contract Drafting and Filing: Assist with drafting and review; support filing processes.
Production Support: Identify, quantify, and resolve issues for inforce business across platforms.
Other duties as assigned.
