Florida State University seeks an Assistant Director to lead donor relations across an expansive portfolio of affinity programs, colleges, schools, and units in support of a comprehensive campaign. The role directs integrated solicitation strategies, coordinates fundraising priorities, and partners with university leadership to grow donor engagement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and four years of experience; or a high school diploma or equivalent and eight years of experience.
A valid Florida or Georgia Driver's License or the ability to obtain.

Responsabilités

Lead and manage comprehensive annual giving strategies and solicitation calendars for a portfolio of FSU-affiliated programs and units.
Direct omni-channel campaigns across direct mail, email, text messaging, digital advertising, social media, and broadcast voicemail.
Serve as the primary annual giving strategist and fundraising partner for assigned areas, coordinating implementation and priorities.
Monitor and evaluate portfolio performance using donor, revenue, response, and engagement data.
Build and maintain donor relationships and engage external stakeholders to advance fundraising priorities.
