Mob Entertainment is seeking a Senior Animator to craft compelling character and creature animations for gameplay and cinematic sequences. You will drive animation tasks from blocking to engine implementation, collaborating across disciplines to align with the project’s artistic vision and technical needs.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of game animation experience, expert 3D fundamentals, and strong Maya and Unreal Engine proficiency.

Qualificações

• Minimum 6+ years of professional game animation experience or equivalent portfolio.
• Strong understanding of 3D animation fundamentals: body mechanics, weight, timing, posing and performance.
• Proven ability to create high-quality character animation across styles for gameplay and cinematics.

Responsabilidades

• Create high-quality character and creature animations for gameplay and cinematics consistent with visual style.
• Own animation tasks from blocking to final polish and engine implementation.
• Organize, prioritize work, and communicate progress and risks with teams.
• Collaborate with Animation Leadership, Art Directors, Designers, and Technical Animators.
• Help establish and refine animation pipelines and workflows in early development.
• Develop prototyping workflows to support rapid gameplay iteration.
• Balance artistic quality with technical constraints and production priorities.
