Job summary

Epic Games is seeking a Senior Technical Designer in Animation (TDiA) to join our team, working across animation systems. You will design and implement gameplay animation systems and serve as the primary contact for animation-implementation issues, collaborating with Animation, Design, and Engineering to keep the pipeline smooth.

You’ll create animation behavior tools, build state machines, and help improve our animation pipeline, while sharing knowledge through training and documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong animation sense with realistic and stylized motion understanding.
• Experience with AAA game development and Unreal Engine.
• Good written communication and teamwork skills.
