You will apply chemistry, formulation science, and regulatory knowledge to solve complex challenges, working with R&D, QA, Regulatory, Operations, and Supply Chain to deliver viable solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in chemistry, formulation science, analytical science, and related disciplines.
• Experience with animal health products or veterinary pharmaceuticals is preferred.
• Ability to design experiments, analyze results, and make data-driven technical recommendations.
• Experience authoring and maintaining technical reports, protocols, and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct experimental testing to evaluate product performance and manufacturability.
• Lead investigations for animal health products and troubleshooting.
• Develop and implement product and process improvements.
• Lead projects involving formulation changes, material changes, and manufacturing transfers.
• Support scale-up, validation, and commercialization of new products.
