The ideal candidate will collaborate with Product, UX, Architecture, QA, and backend teams to deliver scalable, production-ready features, improve performance, and ensure accessibility across a modern front-end stack.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years frontend development experience, including enterprise apps.
• 5+ years building enterprise applications with Angular.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise SPAs using Angular 16+ and TypeScript.
• Define scalable front-end patterns for routing, forms, state management, and API integration.
• Build and optimize AG Grid Enterprise solutions for large datasets.
• Integrate REST APIs with typed models and centralized error handling.
• Implement secure authentication/authorization using Keycloak and RBAC.
• Build reactive state with Angular Signals, RxJS, Observables, and BehaviorSubjects.
• Develop accessible, dynamic forms with Reactive Forms and validation.
• Create real-time interfaces using STOMP, WebSockets, and cross-tab communication.

About the Role

Seeking a hands-on Senior Angular UI Developer to build secure, responsive, and accessible enterprise web applications. This individual contributor will collaborate with Product, UX, Architecture, QA, and backend teams to deliver intuitive user experiences using Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

The developer will build and enhance applications that support the Funding Corporation’s financial and operational processes. The primary users are internal and external business and technology teams, and the applications support critical workflows related to debt issuance, funding operations, and enterprise services.

The successful candidate will contribute to the modernization of established enterprise applications, with an initial focus on strengthening secure, reusable Angular architecture and improving critical financial and operational workflows. The current front-end environment includes Angular-based applications integrated with enterprise services, and the team’s near-term goals include delivering production-ready features, improving performance and accessibility, and expanding consistent engineering standards across the platform.

Key Responsibilities

The developer will be responsible for front-end design, development, testing, and maintenance of high-quality user interfaces and functionality, in direct alignment with business priorities.

Application Development

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise single-page applications using Angular 16+ and TypeScript, including standalone components, services, guards, interceptors, and reusable UI modules.

Enterprise UI Architecture

• Define scalable front-end patterns for routing, forms, state management, API integration, and component composition while contributing to architectural decisions and technical standards.

Data & Grid Development

• Build and optimize AG Grid Enterprise solutions for large datasets, including filtering, editing, validation, exports, and real-time updates.

API & Service Integration

• Integrate REST APIs using typed request and response models, reusable service abstractions, and centralized error handling, logging, and retry patterns.

Authentication & Authorization

• Implement secure Keycloak authentication and authorization using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, RBAC, route and permission guards, token refresh, session management, and cross-tab logout handling.

State Management

• Build maintainable reactive state solutions using Angular Signals, RxJS, Observables, and BehaviorSubjects, with attention to performance and scalability.

Forms & Validation

• Build accessible, dynamic forms with reusable validation, conditional logic, and Reactive Forms; use Template-Driven Forms where appropriate.

Real-Time Communications

• Develop responsive, event-driven interfaces using STOMP, WebSockets, SharedWorker, and cross-tab communication patterns.

Requirements Qualification & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of professional front-end development experience, including at least 5 years building enterprise applications with Angular.
• Experience building customer-facing applications supporting critical business operations.

Technical Skills

• Required technical skills include Angular 16+, TypeScript, JavaScript ES6+, HTML5, SCSS/CSS3, Angular Material and CDK, RxJS, REST API integration, Git, automated testing, and secure authentication using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and RBAC. Experience with Angular 20, AG Grid Enterprise, and Keycloak is preferred.

Soft skills:

• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, with experience working in Agile delivery teams. Financial services or capital markets experience is a plus.

Estimated Min Rate: $160000.00

Estimated Max Rate: $175000.00
