Dignity Health in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Anesthesia Technician Lead at Saint Joseph’s Hospital & Medical Center. The role supports safe anesthesia administration, equipment setup, and patient care across diverse cases.

You will manage daily operations, ensure equipment readiness, and uphold policies and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. The program offers education benefits for eligible employees and opportunities for growth.

Formación

• Five years related experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS).

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations including scheduling, staffing, evaluating and orientation of anesthesia technicians.
• Communicates effectively; calibrates and troubleshoots anesthesia equipment; cleans and maintains anesthesia equipment.
• Follows hospital/HR policies (dress code, attendance) and fosters collaborative, positive teamwork.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and complies with Joint Commission/HC policies on PHI.
• Maintains required tests, licenses, certifications and health requirements.
