Job summary

You will lead medium-to-large projects and mentor a small team, while ensuring performance and reliability across environments.

You will collaborate with product, design, and scrum teams in an agile environment, solving complex technical challenges and delivering robust mobile solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of native Android development experience in Java/Kotlin.
• Experience shipping and maintaining live apps on Google Play.
• Prior experience as a technical/team lead on complex deliverables.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement sophisticated features for a major Android application.
• Lead discovery and high-level design on medium-to-large scope projects.
• Manage code, environment configurations, and release processes across multiple environments.
• Lead and mentor a small engineering team (3-5 engineers).
• Troubleshoot business and production issues; drive performance optimization.
