Job summary

Glint Tech Solutions LLC is seeking a Senior Android Developer to design and build high-traffic Android experiences for a major retail app. The role is hybrid in Sunnyvale, CA, with 3 days on-site. You will lead medium-to-large projects and mentor a small team, while ensuring performance and reliability across environments.

You will collaborate with product, design, and scrum teams in an agile environment, solving complex technical challenges and delivering robust mobile solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of native Android development experience in Java/Kotlin.
• Experience shipping and maintaining live apps on Google Play.
• Prior experience as a technical/team lead on complex deliverables.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.

• Manage code, environment configurations, and release processes across multiple environments
