Robinhood is seeking a Senior Android Engineer for Trading Products to build scalable mobile experiences in our高-velocity environment. You will own features end-to-end, collaborating with Product, Design, Backend, and Data Science to deliver impactable solutions.

The role focuses on Kotlin/Jetpack Compose usage, modern Android APIs, and mentoring peers while contributing to the team’s trading product surface. Office-based in Menlo Park/NYC with strong in-person collaboration.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional Android app development.
• Proficient in Kotlin and/or Java; strong Android SDK knowledge.
• Experience with MVVM and architecture patterns.
• Hands-on with Jetpack Compose, Coroutines & Flow or RxJava.
• Familiar with Retrofit, Room, and modern Android tooling.
• Excellent collaboration and product-focused mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Build intuitive Android experiences using Kotlin, Jetpack Compose.
• Lead feature lifecycle from concept to release.
