Qualifications

• 8+ years of Android development experience, including leadership of mobile initiatives.
• Strong Kotlin/Java knowledge and core Android architecture patterns (MVVM).
• Experience with Jetpack Compose, Coroutines/Flow or RxJava, and common libraries.
• Proven ability to collaborate across product, design, and backend teams.

Responsibilities

• Define the technical direction for Android experiences across high-impact product areas.
• Lead complex initiatives end to end from strategy to architecture and launch.
• Partner with product, design, backend, and data science to shape roadmaps and deliver impact.
• Establish engineering standards and scalable architecture patterns for the team.
• Mentor engineers, drive design reviews, and raise the bar for execution.
