Job summary

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of native Android experience, strong Kotlin and Jetpack Compose skills, and a track record shipping complex apps. This onsite role offers collaboration with cross-functional teams and opportunities to shape architecture and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of native Android development experience shipping complex apps.
• Experience in Agile delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, test, release, and support production Android features.
• Collaborate with Agile delivery teams on sprint planning, estimation, and execution.
• Provide technical leadership through code reviews, design reviews, and mentorship.
• Uphold and contribute to engineering standards and best practices.
• Coordinate dependencies and participate in release planning activities.
• Communicate technical decisions, alternatives, and risks to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Lead delivery of features, potentially across team boundaries.
