Job summary

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in Software Engineering and 3+ years applied experience.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise‑authorized AI‑assisted development tools and ability to evaluate AI outputs for correctness, performance and security.
• Understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, including data sensitivity considerations, secure handling of inputs/outputs, and adherence to resiliency and security expectations; ability to guide peers on safe usage.
• Combined software/application development experience, with a focus on mobile development.
• Experience providing technical leadership and mentoring diverse engineering teams building native mobile applications.
• Working knowledge of architectural patterns (MVVM, MVP, MVC).
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working in Agile development environments; daily scrums and iteration planning.
• Solid understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, resiliency, and security.
• Demonstrated knowledge of software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (cloud, AI, mobile, etc.).

• Leverages AI coding assist tools to improve code quality, speed, and productivity with peer review and secure coding standards.
• Applies SDLC toolchain knowledge to improve automation and value.

• Produces architecture and design artifacts for complex applications and ensures constraints.
• Gathers and analyzes data to visualize and report on software applications for continuous improvement.
• Identifies hidden problems and uses insights to improve coding hygiene and system design.
• Contributes to engineering communities and explores new technologies.
• Supports team culture of diversity, inclusion, and respect.
