Xsolla is seeking a Senior Android Engineer to own Android architecture and ship polished Kotlin apps. You will lead design decisions, mentor peers, and collaborate across product, design, and backend teams.

Expect to work with AI-assisted development while delivering scalable, high-quality Android experiences for gaming, virtual currency, and digital commerce. The role emphasizes modern Android tooling, performance optimization, and a strong release process across diverse devices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional Android development experience with Kotlin.
• Proven track record of shipping Android apps live on Google Play.
• Strong command of modern Android frameworks: Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, Flow, Lifecycle, Room, WorkManager, Navigation.
• Experience with automated testing on Android and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience using AI coding agents to accelerate production work and improve velocity.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain our native Android app in Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
• Deliver high-quality features on time across the development lifecycle.
• Own the full Android release process: signing, Play Console tracks, staged rollouts, crash triage.
• Implement best practices for Android development and CI/CD.
• Integrate mini-apps, payments, and virtual currency systems into the Xsolla App.
• Collaborate with product/design to create native experiences.
• Work with cross-functional teams across time zones.
