Job summary

CACI International seeks a Senior Android Developer with strong Kotlin/Java expertise for the BEAGLE ASF Team supporting CBP in Northern Virginia. Hybrid work in Ashburn, VA is expected.

You will collaborate with backend, UX/UI, and product owners to deliver high-performance mobile software in short sprints. The role requires 5+ years in software engineering with 4+ years building native Android apps, and deep knowledge of Agile practices and secure mobile development.

Qualifications

• Citizenship & Clearance: U.S. Citizen able to pass CBP background checks.
• Education: B.S. in CS, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
• Professional Experience: 5+ years in software engineering with 4+ years native Android development.
• Location: Local candidates must be able to hybrid-work in Ashburn, VA.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain native Android apps with Kotlin (and legacy Java).
• Architect mobile codebases using MVVM/MVI and Clean Architecture.
• Provide technical leadership and design recommendations for Android.Participate in release planning, sprint demos, testing, and deployments.
• Mentor mid-level and junior team members; perform code reviews.
