Position Summary:

• We are seeking a Senior Android Developer with 7 10 years of experience to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade Android applications.
• The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Clean Architecture, MVVM, mobile security, performance optimization, and CI/CD.
• This role requires close collaboration with product, UX, architecture, and engineering teams while mentoring junior developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of scalable native Android applications.
• Develop features using Kotlin, Java, Jetpack Compose, and Android SDK.
• Define and implement MVVM/Clean Architecture and reusable components.
• Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party SDKs.
• Optimize application performance, reliability, accessibility, and security.
• Implement secure authentication (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, biometrics).
• Mentor developers, perform code reviews, and establish engineering standards.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, UX, QA, DevOps, and backend teams.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and Google Play Store releases.
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• 7 10 years of native Android application development.
• Expertise in Kotlin and Java.
• Hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose, Android Jetpack, MVVM, Clean Architecture, Coroutines, Flow, Room, Retrofit, Hilt/Dagger, and Firebase.
