Qualifications

• 5+ years as Certified Anaplan Solution Architect leading enterprise implementations.
• 5+ years supporting planning solutions within IT organizations and cross-functional environments.
• Experience with enterprise data architecture, data warehousing, and integration design.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise architecture strategy and solution design across planning domains.
• Define best practices for Anaplan model architecture, ALM, performance optimization, and modular design.
• Drive integration strategy with Snowflake, Power BI, ERP, CRM, HRIS, and other enterprise platforms.
• Establish governance standards for modeling, deployment, release management, security, SOX compliance, and audit readiness.
• Provide technical leadership for architects, model builders, implementation partners, and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Partner with FP&A, IT, Product Owners, and executive stakeholders to align technical solutions with business priorities.
• Shape the Anaplan roadmap, Connected Planning strategy, and future-state platform vision.
• Identify opportunities for automation, scalability, and operational efficiency across enterprise planning processes.

About the Role

As the lead architect, you will define enterprise-wide solution standards, integration strategies, and platform governance practices while guiding the technical roadmap for Connected Planning initiatives. You’ll play a critical role in designing scalable, high-performing solutions that support financial planning and operational decision-making across the organization.

• Define best practices for Anaplan model architecture, ALM, performance optimization, and modular design
• Drive integration strategy with Snowflake, Power BI, ERP, CRM, HRIS, and other enterprise platforms

Qualifications

Required Skills

• Strong experience with enterprise data architecture, data warehousing, and integration design
• Deep understanding of Snowflake, Power BI, ERP, CRM, and HR systems integrations

Preferred Skills

• Proven expertise in SOX compliance, audit controls, governance, and risk management
• Demonstrated success influencing stakeholders, driving architectural decisions, and delivering scalable enterprise solutions

Pay range and compensation package

$90,000 - $145,000/year
