Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Digital FI Innovation Analyst to join a large Consumer Health client’s Digital Finance Innovation team. You will support enterprise planning, forecasting, budgeting, and finance transformation initiatives using Anaplan or other EPM platforms.

This role is not a pure FP&A or developer position; it emphasizes hands-on model-building, explaining what was built, how, and the business value delivered, with hybrid onsite expectations in Whippany, NJ.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in Finance, FP&A, or related areas.
• Hands-on experience building planning models.
• Experience with enterprise planning solutions.
• Strong budgeting knowledge and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.

Job description

Location: Hybrid – Whippany, NJ (1-2 days onsite/week)

Duration: PERM

Compensation:

$140,000 to $160,000

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law Compensation.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6-10 years of experience in Finance, Financial Systems, FP&A, Enterprise Planning, or Finance Technology
• Hands-on experience building, modifying, configuring, or enhancing planning models
• Experience with one or more of the following:
  • Other enterprise planning solutions
• Strong understanding of:
  • Budgeting
• Experience working directly with Finance and business stakeholders
• Ability to clearly articulate:
  • What was built
  • How it was built

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Digital FI Innovation Analyst to join one of our largest Consumer Health Client's Digital Finance Innovation team. This individual will support enterprise planning, forecasting, budgeting, and finance transformation initiatives by leveraging Anaplan and or other Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) platforms.

This is not a traditional FP&A role and it is not a pure developer role. The ideal candidate understands finance planning processes and has hands-on experience building, enhancing, or supporting planning solutions within Anaplan or similar platforms.

The key differentiator for this role is actual model-building experience. Candidates should be able to clearly explain what they built, how they built it, and the business value it delivered.
