Fitch is seeking an Anaplan Architect/Developer for Integrated Financial Planning and Operational Workforce Planning. The role is located in New York, NY with a hybrid model (3 days on client site).

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on Anaplan experience in a Solution Architect or Lead Model Builder role.
• Anaplan Level 3 Model Builder certification required; Master Anaplanner designation desirable.
• Experience with Integrated Financial Planning (IFP), budgeting, forecasting, scenario modeling and management reporting.
• Experience with Operational Workforce Planning (OWP) and HR planning within Anaplan.
• Strong understanding of Finance and HR planning processes in a connected planning ecosystem.
• Experience with enterprise integrations between Anaplan and source systems.
• Ability to lead architecture decisions, governance standards and mentor teams.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leaders.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end architecture and design of Anaplan models, data hubs, integrations and UX.
• Define scalable solutions using best practices and performance tuning.
• Provide technical leadership across implementations and transformations.
• Ensure models are maintainable, performant and aligned with objectives.
• Build and enhance Anaplan models, modules, lists and workflows.
• Troubleshoot calculation, performance and data-quality issues.
• Support Polaris model design and optimization.
• Review and improve existing models for efficiency and adoption.
• Establish development standards and governance processes.
• Own ALM, release management and deployment standards.
• Support the Anaplan Centre of Excellence and mentoring.
• Design and oversee integrations between Anaplan and SAP/Oracle/HR systems.
• Ensure data quality, security and auditability in solutions.
• Collaborate with FP&A, HR and business stakeholders to translate requirements.
