Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking an Anaplan Model Builder in Finance CoE / Senior Financial Systems Analyst I to design, build, and maintain Anaplan models that drive finance planning and reporting. The role blends finance domain expertise with technical modeling, requiring collaboration with IT, SMEs, and architecture teams across the globe.

The position is hybrid, with an expectation to work 2 days per week from an HPE office.

Qualifications

• First level university degree in finance or CS; advanced degree preferred.
• Typically 8+ years of experience in finance systems or related field.
• Technical acumen with strong financial planning understanding and master data handling.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; strong business application skills (Excel).
• Superior communication, influencing skills, and teamwork.
• Strong project management skills and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Anaplan models to support Finance processes.
• Provide project management support and stakeholder updates.
• Collaborate with Finance SMEs, IT, and Architecture Teams on model design and data flow.
• Design requirements for new systems and reimburse policy implementations.
• Implement processes and tools to drive efficiency improvements.
