Job summary

Right Hire Consulting LLC in New York is seeking an experienced Anaplan Solution Architect/Lead Developer to design, develop and implement Anaplan-based solutions for incentive compensation, performance reporting, analytics, planning and budgeting.

Hybrid role requiring 2–3 days in-office weekly; you will lead model building, data modeling, dashboards, and ensure integrated architecture with finance and IT, while mentoring teammates.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Anaplan experience including 3 implementations focusing on incentive compensation and revenue models.
• Experience delivering end-to-end Anaplan solutions and architecture.
• Strong knowledge of core financial and enterprise performance management processes.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design and develop Anaplan applications, including data models and dashboards.
• Own the overall Anaplan architecture to ensure scalable models and optimal integration.
• Maintain and optimize existing Anaplan models and deliver new functionality for automation.
• Perform testing and debugging to ensure performance and reliability.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Anaplan applications with end-users.
• Stay updated with Anaplan features and leverage them for improvements in incentives, reporting, analytics, planning.
• Collaborate with finance, IT, and Data teams for seamless integration with other systems.
• Document specifications, configurations, and development processes for knowledge transfer.
