Job summary

Horizon Media in New York City seeks a Senior Analyst, Advanced Analytics to apply sophisticated modeling to guide our clients’ media spending and improve efficiency. You’ll work on MMM, MTA, and budget optimization while cultivating strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate is analytical, communicative, and able to deliver actionable insights from large data sets. Experience with Excel/SQL and programming (R/Python) is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required plus 1-2 years of industry experience; Master’s degree preferred.
• Exposure to large data sets and analysis thereof.
• Experience in the Advanced Analytics realm; media or marketing field strongly preferred.
• Advanced statistical modeling experience (e.g. regression modeling/predictive modeling).
• Strong data manipulation/visualization skills (Excel, SQL); Tableau/Power BI strongly preferred.
• Specific marketing response modeling expertise such as MMM or MTA strongly preferred.
• Hands on programming/scripting experience (R, Python) preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills, extremely well-organized.
