Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Jersey City seeks an Analytics Solutions, Senior Associate to drive strategic initiatives across Affluent, Core, and Emerging Customer Segments. You will plan, test, and implement data-, automation-, and AI-enabled solutions for business stakeholders.

You will partner with business, analytics, data, and technology teams to translate needs into requirements, define milestones, and move capabilities from concept through adoption.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in consulting, analytics, solution design, or related fields.
• Ability to structure ambiguous business problems and translate to analytical approaches.
• Experience with data analytics and visualization tools (SQL, Python, Tableau, Alteryx).
• Strong PM skills, from requirements through delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with data science, analytics methodologies, and AI capabilities.
• Undergraduate degree in a quantitative/analytical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and analytics teams to identify opportunities for data, automation, AI, and new tools.
• Define solution strategies and implementation plans with clear requirements and milestones.
• Support end-to-end development from concept to adoption.
• Coordinate across teams to resolve dependencies and move initiatives forward.
• Develop and test prototypes and workflows using data and emerging tech.
• Establish testing/measurement approaches to evaluate impact and usability.
• Modernize manual processes into scalable, repeatable solutions.
• Develop self-service capabilities for data accessibility.
• Communicate plans, progress, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Identify new opportunities and technologies to improve solutions.
• Maintain data integrity, security, and risk/compliance standards.
