Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking an Associate, Analytics Solutions to support strategic initiatives within the CCB Customer Analytics team. You will plan, develop, test, and implement data-driven solutions using automation and AI to improve workflows and deliver insights to business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in consulting, analytics, solution design, or related field.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and translate to analytical approaches.
• Experience with data analytics and visualization tools (SQL, Python, Tableau, Alteryx).
• Strong project management skills from requirements through delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and senior audiences.
• Strong stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.
• Self-starter with critical thinking and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with data science, analytics methodologies, and AI capabilities.
• Undergraduate degree in a quantitative or analytical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and analytics teams to identify opportunities using data, automation, AI, and new tools.
• Define solution strategies and implementation plans with clear requirements and milestones.
• Support end-to-end development from concept to adoption.
• Coordinate across teams to resolve dependencies and move initiatives forward.
• Develop and test prototypes, tools, and workflows using data, automation, AI.
• Establish testing and measurement approaches for solution quality and business impact.
• Modernize manual processes into scalable, repeatable solutions.
• Develop self-service capabilities for data accessibility.
• Manage relationships and communicate plans, progress, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Identify new opportunities and technologies to improve delivery.
• Maintain data integrity, security, controls, and regulatory requirements.
