Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 6+ years of software development experience with ownership of production software.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end analytics product delivery across client engagements.
• Design and implement AI agent platform capabilities.
• Build interactive analytics apps using Python/R (Shiny).
• Maintain Docker-based deployment infrastructure and CI/CD workflows.
• Develop client data pipelines using AWS services (Athena, S3, RDS).
• Collaborate with healthcare clients to translate feedback into product improvements.
• Coordinate QA, performance optimization, and reliability improvements.
• Contribute to platform architecture and engineering standards.
• Mentor other engineers and support a high-autonomy team.
• Adapt requirements and streamline development and deployment processes.
