Job summary

Salesforce Analytics Solution Engineering team is seeking a data-savvy Solutions Engineer to drive technical sales of Analytics and Tableau solutions across AMER and Canada. You will translate customer needs into compelling demonstrations and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Professional Services.

Ideal candidates have strong Tableau, database and web tech knowledge, at least 4 years' experience, and comfort presenting to analysts and executives.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Tableau or similar applications, relational database and web technology.
• Exceptional oral, written, presentation, collaboration, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to be adaptable and work as part of a team to solve technical problems in a dynamic and fast-moving industry.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Align innovative strategies to technology solutions within complex accounts through storytelling.
• Partner with clients and internal teams to drive multi-product solutions across Salesforce product lines.
• Lead business development, IT strategies and exec-level product demonstrations.
• Define problems, drive innovative ideas, and recommend practical next steps.
• Deliver executive-level software demonstrations and develop IT roadmaps.
• Acquire and maintain knowledge through training and certifications.
