Judi Health seeks an analytically driven Analyst to join the Analytics team. With 2–3 years of data analysis and client-facing reporting experience, you will support reporting, analysis, and quality control across projects.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, maintaining transparent query logic, and delivering dashboards that inform business decisions within a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in data analytics/business intelligence or a related field (matching current Analyst level).
• Expertise in Tableau Desktop and publishing to Tableau Cloud/Server.
• Strong SQL skills; experience with Snowflake preferred.
• Proficient with Python for data analysis.
• Experience with GitHub for version control and collaboration.
• Familiarity with concepts and governed metric definitions.
• Preferred domain knowledge in PBM/pharmacy.
• Experienced working with pharmacy and medical claims data.
• Experience with client reporting is strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; effective communicator with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analytical Project Support: gather data requirements and prepare reporting deliverables.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: align analytical work with business goals and meet project needs.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: create dashboards, reports, and visualizations for operations and strategy.
