Job summary

Judi Health is seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Analyst to join the Analytics team. You will support data-driven projects, reporting initiatives, and business insights, with 2–3 years of client-facing reporting experience and cross-functional collaboration across departments.

The role emphasizes data quality, documentation, and adherence to governance standards, in a hybrid setting with offices in NYC, Denver, and Charlotte. Salary ranges are provided for multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of data analytics or BI experience.
• Expertise in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Cloud/Server.
• Strong SQL skills; Snowflake preferred.
• Proficient with Python for data analysis.
• Experience with GitHub for version control.
• Familiar with governed metric definitions.
• Preferred PBM/pharmacy domain knowledge.
• Experience with client reporting is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist analytics projects by gathering data requirements and delivering reporting deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align analytical work with business goals.
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations for operations and strategy.
• Maintain documentation of query logic and methodologies.
• Support compliance and quality control reviews.
