You will develop components of a software product serving financial users from our Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) business unit, working on Data and Forecast Mart (DFM) and Computation Engine (CE) applications, with data on GCP and Azure for forecasting and modeling. The products focus on forecasting, scenario analysis, and financial components.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Aligning product strategies with business goals, managing stakeholders, and facilitating collaboration across departments to drive success and satisfaction.

Key Activities:

  • Identifying new opportunities, assessing product performance, and developing long-term strategic plans.
  • Establishing user research, requirement management, prioritization, and delivery of product roadmaps.
  • Developing technology and product roadmaps to mitigate risks and identify improvements.
  • Analyzing data to influence features and prioritize deliverables.
  • Facilitating communication across teams and stakeholders, building relationships at all levels.
  • Defining strategies for product iterations, schedules, releases, and roadmaps.
  • Documenting business requirements for data scientists, engineers, QA, BI, and developers.
  • Collaborating with users, product owners, release managers, and stakeholders on requirements and releases.
  • Leading meetings, reporting, and resource/budget management.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in Software Development projects.
  • 5+ years in Product Management.
  • 5+ years in Agile methodologies.
  • 4+ years working with Engineering or Data Science teams, familiar with Data Science concepts.
  • 1+ year hands-on experience with any programming language.
  • Proven success in managing analytics products lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication skills and collaboration ability.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience delivering data-driven customer experiences, making complex data understandable.
  • Deep knowledge of healthcare data, analytics tools, forecasting, scenario planning, and financial analysis.
  • Technical experience with SQL, Cloud architecture, PySpark, Python.
  • Additional data analytics experience is a plus.

Compensation:

The pay range is $106,605 - $284,280, depending on experience, education, and location. It includes potential bonuses, incentives, and equity awards.
