Job summary

Estée Lauder Companies seeks a Data Platform Administrator to lead enterprise‑wide data platform administration, governance, and analytics. You will collect, verify, and analyze sustainability data from across brands, regions, and functions to support strategic planning and reporting.

This role requires strong Excel skills, experience with Tableau/Power BI, and the ability to collaborate across matrixed teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years data management and analytics experience in sustainability/CSR.
• 2 years in project management or administering data platforms and software systems (Sphera Cloud preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, PivotTables, macros).
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, and data visualization.
• Strong organization, detail orientation, and analytical ability.
• Ability to work across cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
• Creative, resourceful, and capable of delivering solutions with limited resources.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead systems administrator of the Data Platform.
• Perform regular system maintenance and governance support.
• Onboard and train new users.
• Collaborate with data owners across brands, regions, and functions on data collection and verification.
• Develop dashboards and reports based on SME requests.
• Strategize how the Data Platform can evolve to deliver more value.
• Support internal and external reporting and disclosure.
• Contribute to quarterly and annual data collection for reporting workflows.
