You will define global segmentation, establish enterprise data governance, and build scalable data ecosystems across brands and markets, partnering with IT and privacy to unlock value from first‑party data and enable growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of global consumer data capabilities, audience governance and segmentation frameworks.
• Define the future-state operating model for consumer data across global, regional and local teams.
• Build capability-building programs and communities of practice to accelerate adoption of audience-led marketing.
• Mentor a high-performing team and foster a culture of collaboration, governance and continuous improvement.
