You will independently analyze Quality and Risk Adjustment performance, develop executive reporting, and collaborate across clinical, financial, and operational teams to drive performance insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• 8+ years of healthcare analytics, health insurance, Quality, Risk Adjustment, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing healthcare performance across Quality, HEDIS, Stars, Risk Adjustment, or related domains.
• Advanced SQL skills with experience querying, joining, validating, and analyzing large datasets.
• Experience with Python or R for healthcare data analysis.
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Analytically support Population Health & Quality leadership with independent analyses across Quality and Risk Adjustment.
• Develop executive‑level reporting and insights to inform decision making.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to translate questions into actionable measures and recommendations.
• Promote data transparency, analytical rigor, and enterprise performance intelligence.
