Job summary

Perrigo is seeking a NA Business Analytics Senior Manager to enable data-driven decision making across the NA organization. You will deliver high-quality reporting, market insights, and strategic analyses for store-brand OTC categories and select brands like Opill.

You’ll partner with global stakeholders to translate data into actionable strategic plans. The role focuses on leadership in market analyses, whitespace opportunities, and portfolio expansion, supporting NA leadership and cross-BU

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in analytics or related field.
• 8+ years analytics, BI, market measurement in a large organization; CPG preferred.
• Experience with Circana data, Nielsen, IQVIA, Kantar, Mintel, Euromonitor, Europanel preferred.
• Ability to build advanced models in Excel and Python is a plus.
• Strong partnership with Marketing, Sales, IT, Digital, and Finance teams.
• Strong collaboration skills to connect with many countries to understand context and drivers.
• Demonstrates ability to influence stakeholders and drive change through data.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work with fragmented data and coverage gaps.
• Excellent organizational skills with multiple priorities and high accuracy.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and strong sense of business ownership.

Responsibilities

• Manage NA Category Standards & Definitions with Global Categories.
• Lead NA weekly business reporting across the enterprise NA Cluster.
• Lead NA White Space analyses & portfolio optimization.
• Lead NA Market Growth analyses and inform plans.
• Lead NA Enterprise Analysis Plan leveraging prescriptive/predictive analytics.
• Identify opportunities across markets and drive cross-functional action.
• Be a member of the NA cluster lead team driving data-driven insights.
• Co-lead Circana and other data provider relationships in NA Enterprise Data Governance.
