Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 6+ years of analytics experience across multi-country/markets in a large organization, preferably CPG.
• Experience with market measurement data such as Circana, Nielsen, IQVIA, Kantar, Europanel is preferred.
• Ability to build advanced models and workflows in Excel, Python, etc., is a plus.
• Strong collaboration and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive change.

Responsibilities

• Enable data-driven decision making by delivering high-quality reporting and analyses across UR and Pain/Sleep.
• Lead global analysis plans and provide actionable insights for market growth and portfolio strategy.
• Perform whitespace and portfolio optimization analyses to identify expansion opportunities.
• Develop and govern the global category analysis plan leveraging prescriptive/predictive analytics.
• Contribute to the Global Category Roundtable with data-driven recommendations for strategy and execution.
