Job summary

Perrigo, a leader in self-care health solutions, seeks a senior NA Analytics Manager to enable data-driven decision-making across the NA organization. You will deliver high-quality reporting, market insights, and strategic analyses to inform portfolio expansion and growth.

This role partners with global stakeholders to translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 8+ years of analytics, BI, market measurement, or data strategy experience in a large org (CPG preferred).
• Experience with Circana data, Nielsen, IQVIA, Kantar, Nicolas Hall, Mintel, Euromonitor preferred.
• Ability to build advanced models and workflows in Excel and Python.
• Strong partnership with Marketing, Sales, IT, Digital, and Finance teams.
• Ability to connect with many countries to understand context and drivers to the business reporting.
• Demonstrates ability to influence stakeholders and drive data-driven change.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage NA Category Standards & Definitions with Global Categories and governance partners.
• NA Cluster Weekly Business Reporting across the enterprise NA Cluster.
• NA White Space Analyses & Portfolio Optimization for expansion opportunities.
• NA Market Growth Analyses to refine growth assumptions and plans.
• Lead NA Enterprise Analysis Plan based on category strategy and questions.
• NA Enterprise Opportunity Analyses to mine data for business opportunities.
• Member of NALT to drive data-driven insights for regional decisions.
• Co-lead Circana and data provider relationships with governance steward.
